GENERAL INFORMATION

Appointments

I’ll endeavour to always be on time with treatments therefore I would ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. If it is your first time visiting, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill in the relevant consultation form for your treatment. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment otherwise a 50% cancellation charge will apply. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

Booking Form

For your convenience there is a booking form on each treatment section, which allows you to check availability with me directly and I’ll get a response to you within 24hours.

Medical

Please notify of any medical conditions that you are unsure of before scheduling an appointment, so the relevant advice or referral is prompted.

Patch Testing

First time eyebrow and eyelash tints require a patch test of at least 24hours prior to the appointment. The Environ Cool Peel Treatment also requires a patch test of 24-48 hours. Please notify of when you will be popping in for either of these Patch Tests, they only take a couple of minutes.

Payments

Methods of payment are cash, debit or credit card. Cheques are not accepted.
